I am an eco-responsable private chef living and operating out of Boulogne-Billancourt with my four legged second in command, Raisin. Raisin is a 5th generation champion bernese mountain dog, responsible for pulling our cart of ingredients from the market to your home. Together we aim to transform as many private kitchens into eco-responsable works of art through our delicious cooking. The more we cook for you, the more efficient your kitchen becomes!

And why have I joined Eatwith....because my life revolves around food, and more importantly, the bonds it creates between people. For me there is no greater joy than eating a meal with friends and family. I also joined because after a good run as a chef in the restaurant world, I know that private cooking is the best way to reduce waste, lessen the demand on our planet's resources and heal our bodies and minds. I believe food should be kept close to home, made in small quantities and with a minimal amount of ingredients and manipulation.
I also cook for our beloved four legged companions. Along with the Industrial Revolution and the birth of a middle class came the demand for special, shelf stable foods for their animal companions. Today the pet food industry is enormous, but also mysterious. The majority of products available have questionable ingredients which dogs and cats simply don't eat, such as wheat. There is no reason why our pets can't eat a nice homemade meal.
