My name is Luca, I was born in Italy but I came to Madrid more than 20 years ago.
I am a passionate about authentic gastronomy, being a member of a gastronomic group that has been meeting every Saturday for 25 years, with the aim of discovering new corners and learning about traditions in depth.
I am fascinated by food markets and especially, fish markets. I love wines as long as they accompany a good meal, although I'm not a great connoisseur of wine.
Routes in classic cars and discovering clandestine places related to the good atmosphere of Madrid are other of my hobbies.
Eight years ago I formed Mambo Group with the idea and purpose of recovering the authentic flavours of the gastronomy in the capital.
We started this journey in Taste Gallery, next to San Miguel Market and we haven't stopped growing.  Always proposing different concepts, but with the same common denominator: quality cuisine and authentic flavours.
We are currently 5 premises in the city, each with a different identity and a staff passionate about what they do every day.
We would like to show you our corners and that you enjoy all our activities and services.
I am always willing to give good advice in a disinterested way. My philosophy is that to have a good meal you don't need to spend more than 35 euros.
